I love them both but it’s weird feeling like Splatoon 1 is the incremental upgrade on Splatoon 2 (multiplayer is a very different story tho)
Splatoon 1’s single player feels… a lot more forgiving and consistent? Fewer “wait, what do I do now?” moments, and fewer instances of “ok now do this thing that doesn’t really work”
