@vahnj In Greek myth, Cassandra is the daughter of King Priam. In the most popular myths, she was gifted perfect prophecy but also cursed to never be believed until it was too late to act on them. In Aeschylus's play Agamemnon, the titular king is is betrayed led to his death; all characters ignore Cassandra's pleas that he's about to be killed until it's too late.
