All these are smaller instances/servers/groupings that sometimes but not always talk to each other. Which also means if the servers don't share with each other, you can't add someone who's on a different one.
@HopTwoScale @Oneironott Hi! I'm on there too. So far I've noticed it doesn't pick up anyone on octodon, but does share with the regular mastodon instance.
