@catoxis@snouts.online For one, if you haven't already, shaving the hair off? Smooth hairless skin is a big thing for me anyway, and tends to help with some of the dysphoria.
I know there's anecdotes around taking different herbs to encourage breast growth, but I don't know enough about them.
Also, even without the forms, get some cheap sports bras and get yourself used to wearing them? That can be fun on its own. :-)
