(In this morning's case, I was re-reading a short from a few years ago. This one!)

Sometimes, my poor memory isn't a curse.
Sometimes I go back and read something I wrote, and stare in strange wonder. How did these words come out? How did I have the focus to finish it?
It amazes me, even at times I don't feel capable of writing like that. There are long, fallow patches in my creative work, but the fertile sprints are good indeed.
I just wish for them to happen more often, or at will. :-)
Also, while I'm thinking of doing good in the world, please remember that tomorrow is #FreeComicBookDay, and your local gaming and comics shop needs love. My local store is Phoenix Comics -- http://phoenixseattle.com/ -- and they do an amazing job of supporting local creators and queer artists. If you have a local shop, please consider taking time out of your Saturday to visit and show your support for creators across a broad spectrum of fields. If you're local, maybe I'll see you at Phoenix. :)
I need to remember this place is here.
A bit stretched thin at the moment for social spaces; nothing is ever centralized anymore.
I have Slack, Twitter, Telegram, Discord, and now this. It's... a bit much, but it's hard to disengage with most of them entirely (except Discord, which I /also/ forget exists most of the time).
This is like back in the day, when I had 2 MUCK windows, AIM, ICQ, and several IRC channels all at once. Madness. :-P
