I am representing an asylum seeker who is being held at the Federal Detention Center in SeaTac. We have a bond hearing set for Wednesday morning, but the potential sponsor has fallen through at the last minute. Client is male, Latino, no kids, and comes across to me as a sweet Boy Scout.
