@frameacloud @anthracite if you mean the Ancillary Justice series then yes. YES YES YES. I recommend it to everybody, pretty much unreservedly; it deals with some difficult topics, but it deals with them *really really well*--realistically, compassionately, and satisfyingly. it's one of the most--I'm not sure how to say it exactly, *morally solid* series I've ever read, while still being *deeply* intelligent.

the Book of the New Sun series is... excellent, and I love it, but. XD

also I really want the other Marvel Universe movies coming out (Ant Man/Wasp, Deadpool) to have the last ten minutes consist of half the cast randomly disintegrating while the survivors are like "wait... wtf???"

Deadpool disintegrates, reforms, disintegrates again, reforms again, says "HEY KNOCK IT OFF, THIS TICKLES"

I may be a terrible person, but when the audience was filing out of the theatre all quiet and subdued and some of them looking like they wanted to cry I had to stifle giggling. okay yeah it's because I'm a terrible person. it was a surprisingly good movie, though! several LOL points, it integrated the rest of the series really well, didn't have any painfully obvious plot holes. I want to watch it again!
