@kara@occult.camp @mawr @Oneironott @emanate I *might* still have the pattern I used to make Plush Rasha; it was very easy, and had several different sizes and designs. I may also have extra fabric and filling. I'd have to go excavate my closet... tell me this is a thing that's going to happen and I will go look! XD

@mawr @Oneironott @emanate I'm really indifferent to sewing *except* making plush things, which I always find interesting and exciting. I'd love to contribute to, like, an ongoing plush workshop. :]

gave the crows peanuts this morning, and saw Lefty again. he really is in good shape, despite having a crippled left foot. the last time I went to wildlife rehab, they had a crow with a similarly injured foot--it wouldn't unclench--but that one evidently had other issues as well, causing health problems. Lefty seems to be just fine overall. I wonder if he'll settle down here, get a mate and nest this spring. :]

@frameacloud @Ulfra_Wolfe@witches.town and now that I think about it, I feel like deriving spiritual stuff from outside sources is *less* authentic, that if it didn't come 100% from the inside of my own skull it's "obviously just copied from somebody else's stuff."

I guess I've just become *really* comfortable with working in that zone of spiritual/magical uncertainty. :]

@Ulfra_Wolfe@witches.town @frameacloud thinking about it... I'm not sure *any* of my general spiritual beliefs are 100% self-made. "Terra" arguably came from Kaijima; "Rasha" started as a D&D character, in a very similar progression to how Loki-in-my-head went from movie character -> fanfic character -> "independent" headmate character. Thoth, Bast, Tiamat, even Crow (which isn't even properly developed at this point) are all obviously ideas that came to me from outside sources.

@frameacloud @Ulfra_Wolfe@witches.town I'm not the best source for help here; I don't "believe" in deities, even the ones I kind-of believe in. the Loki-in-my-head is a firm proponent that he's a figment of my imagination. the version of Thoth that I talk to doesn't seem to have an opinion, or at least doesn't care enough to debate it. my spiritual praxis is firmly wedged in the junction between acceptance and deep skepticism. :]
