Folks I have some ideas concerning a small blog, focusing on fitness, nutrition, and other aspects focused around the concepts of Primal/Paleo and applying them to the modern world. How might y’all want to view this kind of content?
Tumblr? Wordpress? Squarespace? Something else? I want feedback so I can have info to help y’all out! <3
@Kyna Ack. Been there done that.

Bingo! I'll gather up some goodies concerning this soon. I want to start bringing my experience in fitness and nutrition out to our tribes and help make us all stronger.

You'll get faster, stronger, and better endurance by keeping your heart rate lower like that, and just extending the workouts + a sprint (yes, even on elliptical!) workout every 7-10 days IF you're feeling good~

Twitter, Nazis
Twitter unverified a couple of Nazis. Okay. This is still not nearly enough.
They should've banned Nazis from their platform two years ago, before politics turned into the mess it is today.
They still could ban Nazis today, but instead just chose to remove a little checkmark from them.
That they haven't done this - and that their CEO is presumably still following Nazis - earns them exactly zero credit in my book. It's a crappy compromise, at best.

Woo! Try to stay 180-HR if you're just going for general fitness.

#meta #tea: Remember, from The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, that machine that "invariably delivered a cupful of liquid that was almost, but not quite, entirely unlike tea"?
Only decades after reading that, in an office in another country, did I first meet an older British "tea" machine. It could, in theory, produce chocolate, coffee, or tea; but invariably delivered a cupful of brown liquid that was almost, but not quite, entirely unlike any of them.
And I said, "Oh THAT'S what he meant."
