D&D 5e turns out to be pretty awesome; I actually managed to satisfyingly implement a character concept that I first planned to play in EXALTED. XD

Really thankful to the Seattle postfurry community for making our Glowtide-season events this year so wonderful; both the ritual on the 22nd and the party last night were great.
AND, totaled up for both events, our low-key fundraising bowl for Trans Lifeline received $113.25 in donations, which is awesome as well and has now been sent off.
Thank you all for helping make these events and this lovely Glowtide season possible.
Climate change
@irisjaycomics Yeah! It's so hilly here that it'd take several get before we'd notice at all (at least coastline-wise; and like 100 feet to get to get the sort of island thing I was imagining which probably falls into "unreasonably and terrifyingly catastrophic" if we're being realistic. But if it's a semi-fantastical scenario anyway...!
@irisjaycomics So, vaguely related, a couple years ago someone (Shaterri?) did a little April 1 weird-world vignette that involved Seattle as a bunch of islands with folks kayaking between them, presumably because of some sort of catastrophic sea level rise, and I have been hugely enamoured of the idea ever since.

The night's work is complete, the light we tended now returned to the new-growing sun. May all that we called to in our circle grow along with it.
