I may make a policy to block anyone who just talks about how mastodon is going to fail. Cuz that shit is boring and almost all of the toots about it I have seen use invalid premises.

I keep forgetting that I am tooting from two separate instances for two separate things. I would say that I hope it isn't confusing for people but I am a jerk so I just find it amusing.

The windy beach was predictably cold, so we had donuts and were glared at by deer and seagulls for a bit. Now I am back where it is warm and there is mastodon.

@ekaitz_zarraga yeah, being able to pay for food is good. I am only part way to figuring that part out.

I am not actually any good with regular expressions so I don't know.

@carly_io that doesn't really fit with what mastodon is. There is no real method of verification or anything like that.

This isn't twitter and probably can't be made to be like twitter in that way.
