One thing it’s really hard for me to do is express anger at a situation in a way that it feels like it’s not directed at a person, but I imagine that’s hard to do anyway.

But these tickets are incredibly expensive, which raises the expectation of service. We paid through the nose to get to a certain place at a specific time, and now they’re all “sorry we took all your money, here’s a hotel and meal voucher we can’t guarantee will work”
