One thing it’s really hard for me to do is express anger at a situation in a way that it feels like it’s not directed at a person, but I imagine that’s hard to do anyway.

@Delta@twitter.com canceled our flight to SC because there’s no crew, understandable under the circumstances.

But these tickets are incredibly expensive, which raises the expectation of service. We paid through the nose to get to a certain place at a specific time, and now they’re all “sorry we took all your money, here’s a hotel and meal voucher we can’t guarantee will work”

Which is just…such an asinine thing. Greed makes the prices so high, and greed encourages @Delta@twitter.com to hold on to every dollar they bilked from us. *Knowing* that disruption was possible. And the closest we can get from their approved process is 24 hours LATER than we paid for.

But that means nothing as long as they get to charge insane prices for flights right?

It’s not just @Delta@twitter.com, it’s a whole system meant to bleed you dry.
