Can someone tell me the mana requirements/spell components for a Shield of Mental Protection? Need to cast it pretty quick cause I've got a swarm of intrusive thoughts on attack vectors and my escort ships have either fucked off, gone dark, or been destroyed in previous attacks and I haven't have time or resources to fab up new ones.
@kelseyhusky suggest taking a short walk - to the bathroom and back works - and doing vase meditation or square breathing for a little bit.
Saying that they're intrusive thoughts suggests you're already on the way to rejecting them as inaccurate and uncompassionate.
Trying to reject them and defend against them, but there's only so many shield frequencies i can rotate through, and they are learning my defense patterns.
