Rachel Elizabeth Stark thought she was having a physical when she was knocked unconscious, physically augmented with extensive cybernetic upgrades, and trained to become a government sponsored industrial espionage agent for Mobius Sector, a "black" division of the DHS tasked with preventing the development, discovery, and dissemination of destabilizing technologies

Of course, Rachel is vehemently opposed to Mobius Sector and all it stands for. She uses he abilities to break out of their headquarters and is now on a mission to expose Mobius, and stop their stranglehold they have on technological progress.

-3 high-bandwidth fiber-optic cables in each forearm with piezo-elastic connectors for physically linked data transfers
-a prototype neural interface that uses Rachel's brain to manipulate, alter, and hack digital environments.
