Rachel Elizabeth Stark thought she was having a physical when she was knocked unconscious, physically augmented with extensive cybernetic upgrades, and trained to become a government sponsored industrial espionage agent for Mobius Sector, a "black" division of the DHS tasked with preventing the development, discovery, and dissemination of destabilizing technologies

Rachel's list of implants include:
-digital larynx for voice sample reproduction
-poly-morphic hand/finger prints and retinas to bypass biometric security
-color changing hair and irises
-1024 PB on-board non-volatile solid state storage
-3 high-bandwidth fiber-optic cables in each forearm with piezo-elastic connectors for physically linked data transfers
-a prototype neural interface that uses Rachel's brain to manipulate, alter, and hack digital environments.

Of course, Rachel is vehemently opposed to Mobius Sector and all it stands for. She uses he abilities to break out of their headquarters and is now on a mission to expose Mobius, and stop their stranglehold they have on technological progress.
