KA decided that incrementing her version number could lead to ambiguity with external referents (causing confusion in people and systems that don't pay close attention to ident broadcasts, so she's standardizing on KLCY as her standard ID tag. She'll still track her version number, but that's gonna mostly be on legacy documentation and only tracked internally.

so yeah. No more KA-##++, just KLCY (spoken as "Kay Elsie Why")

@wobblewuffess I worked around that by making experience syncing mandatory, semi-realtime and baked into firmware. Being un-integrated feels way too weird for KLCY

@Kyresti That's kinda how I reconciled all the different pieces of huskybot art I''ve gotten/borrowed over the years. Each platform is the current expression of the latest design plans as the platforms are tested and experience the real universe instead of just living in engineering simulations.

Figures. I get a new ref-sheet, and I'm already making changes to the design. Dammit, why is my process always so iterative? I can just never be happy and leave things alone.

Nothing cheers me up harder than watching black youtubers listening to Free Bird for the first time. The stages of ears blow off has been the same across the board.

3. Hearing the guitar flourishes during the verses.
4. Wondering how much longer the song's gonna go on.

Its beautiful to watch and it makes me smile every time. (especially since I did the same damn thing. I just didn't record my experience, cause I'm not photogenic like all the youngsters these days)
