What is it about pot that clears out self interference and lets me really think and communicate clearly with myself?

I've felt like I've had a bunch of really important breakthroughs since I took a week-long break.

And then cold and work and stress from cold and work just... erases or rollsback all that progress and I'm just pushed back into this cold wet muddy rut i keep trying to Sisyphus my way out of.

@irisjaycomics I am so glad you included Moonraker on your list. It was my favorite Bond growing up, because it had SPACE! and Lasers! But holy spark was it bad.

@fluxom_alt I believe it came from women (historically) relying on maids and servants dressing them instead of dressing themselves. So when looking at a shirt from the front, it would be working the same way as how a man or poor person would do it for themselves.

@daylight I think, as my own black person, that discussing, and even trying to educate and share information should be done by those who have it to those who don't, regardless of skin color. I for one don't think learned about any specific slave revolt and I certainly never heard of the one you want to talk about.

Intent counts for a lot. Intent doesn't _excuse_ bad/problematic behavior, but providing context is never a bad thing, IMO.

Does anyone remember the Real Sex series on HBO? They had at least 32 episodes (I'm guessing, cause I have episodes 32 and 13) and they were a series of 1 hour multi-segment documentaries on human sexuality. Titilation was unavoidable, especially when they talked about things that are supposed to be titilating, but I feel like the intent was more on a normalization and education course. And I realized that there's probably no way something like that could be on the air. Not these days, I don't think.

Came across this in my firehose of RSS feeds and it made me full of thinks and some sads, and I really hope that there are enough of people around my age that are taking the chance to work into the places where decisions like this were made and doing their best to change them when they can
