I had a lot of fun doing these yesterday, so I thought I'd try and explain how I was working them.

After posting the initial prompt and getting a few responses, each player will get an individualized thread to reply to.

The thread chain will continue for 2-3 more posts before coming to an end. There's no limit on how many threads can be running,

If someone wants to join in on an ongoing thread, I have no problem including more participants, though I think asking the current participants for consent would be a good move!

Feel free to resurrect threads if you were enjoying them!

My hashtag for them will be #storythreads to make searching easier.

So, that was a lot of fun! Totally improvised, but really entertaining to come up with a small scenario and play it out a little. I wanna shout out to @orrery @Momentrabbit and @zx3 for participating! I think I wanna do that some more. And I'm really glad I get unlimited post room under a CW on awoo.space, makes it easier to just write.

Looking under the plating, a deep hole, from which is jutting the broken off spear, wrapped in the livery of nearby garrison.

You find a huskybot, abandoned, and powered down. It could be in shop, it could be in a salvage yard, it could just be on the side of the road. Any official huskybot class, but they are legitimate salvage.

So Marten, the Marble Machine guy, just axed a few components from the MMX to redesign their whole system. And as an engineer-brain having person, I loved him for it.

"Pain is temporary, Glory is forever"

Its a wonderfully badass declaration, and his dark lighting and rock background music made for some truly epic Youtube.

That said, it leaves a little bit to be desired for accommodating nuance and the realities of existence, but it's a nice ideal to strive toward.
