@may I kinda agree insomuch as people who constantly hop instances are a pain in the ass to keep track of, and I've already accidentally 'unfollowed' someone cause I never saw their toot saying they were moving.

I've been avoiding because Mastodon is written in Ruby and… I don't know Ruby.

I could look into other systems that are mutually compatible perhaps. Yay for following standards!

A Touch Bar that had haptic feedback would be a decent compromise.

That said, I think physical, programmable keys (like the monster that is the Optimus Maximus) would be an improvement over the Touch Bar for some situations. Less versatile but more tactile, I guess?

Probably not a universal experience but hot damn I find the Macbook Pro Touch Bar so goddamn useful sometimes.
