@jakebe @Azure I think it's disingenuous to paint vigilance against fascism as a "bogeyman" given current events. That said, I think it's equally if not more wrong to label _people_ instead of _behavior_ as problems, because doing so shuts down most paths of transformation and recovery. As such, I really hope we don't see said rash of Secret Menace movies; that would be grossly oversimplifying a necessarily complicated narrative.

@literorrery @Azure @jakebe Agreed, honestly; even at best, it'd gloss over the fact that fascists making themselves look innocent to liberals and conservatives while they do their thing is very much an intentional tactic with a specific purpose (gaslighting their targets into submission), rather than just "people are duplicitous as fuck sometimes".
