This is the site I used to help me construct both Beautiful World and Bonds, and I just went back to it for Ties. It's really helpful for getting started.

Of course, my first "paragraph" is actually four, because that's the kind of person I am, but it really does help me get where I'm going.

I've actually plotted out Ties of Iron, Ties of Blood. I have a beginning, a <mumblemumble>, and an ending. I think I actually know where it's going.

Today's progress: Got rid of the nasty carpet roll in the garage, moved the contents of the wire shelving to start a pantry. Made deli sandwiches for dinner. If I can replicate that every week until Bandaza, I'll have the garage prepped.

I think I've found the shape of "Ties of Iron, Ties of Blood."

And the best part is, I get to reveal the ending in the second chapter, and make the whole book about the journey.
