Feeling much better this morning. Last night I had an anxiety attack from all the stress that had built up, but a bowl of Fruity Pebbles and the blessing of my mates to follow Urđr's Path for a night helped me put down the stone I'd been holding, and I came up with a really awesome project idea, if I can execute it. I even know what the steps look like. This is going to be epic if I can make it work.

I did it.

I hit the Fruity Pebbles, about a bowl-and-a-half... and then I prepared an almond cinnamon flourless jaconde with butterscotch chips.

Important safety tip: no-knead bread dough will develop a skin on it from drying out even if you don't leave it in the oven. Cover or seal with pin prick air holes to minimize.
I found this out the hard way this morning. Gonna try a little manual rehydration since it's sitting in the fridge for three days before I bake it.
