@Irick Same!! My first introduction to a "safe space" was an LGBTQ+ friendly coffee shop in my home town in quasi-rural Minnesota, so I've always had an appreciation for coffee shops as community spaces ♥️

Makes moving around much easier

I'm starting to establish a presence at this coffee shop and that's pretty neat.

A couple of the other regulars have introduced themselves to me in passing. As the most overtly queer person I've seen at this establishment, being welcomed like that goes a long way to making me feel comfortable here. ♥️

Based on what is and isn't being filtered, it looks like they have a new algorithm that's trying to figure out the context in which "queer" is being used so they can auto-filter hate speech involving that word... and they're doing a really, really bad job of it.

Twitter's got a major problem, and this is the best solution to it they'll ever be able to afford. I figure slip-ups like this will eventually be the end of them.
