I just finally managed to communicate "I want to help but this issue is not on our end! Here's where you should be looking in your system!" in a way that didn't come across as condescending, blame throwing, or work avoiding.

This took WEEKS because almost no one on the other team speaks English as their first language, they're all stretched very thin and under a tremendous amount of pressure. ;~;

I feel for them, but I can't fix single source of truth data problems on their end. ^^;

55 minutes into my work day and I've already had 2 high priority calls and a conference call, and that's not counting the one I just missed 'cause I was on the phone with my boss.
