I had to cancel tonight from fatigue and pain and taxi crap

Don't rely on MyTaxi for anything, doubly so if you're a wheelchair user

I don't care how advanced PHR technology is, calling yr troop carriers "Ganymede" would not do *anything* for your army's morale.

Like, I get the classical naming convention but.. Ganymede? For the big squishy transport ship with next-to-no defences of its own..

I have an actual game of Dropfleet Commander tomorrow, with someone who knows how to play and can teach me.

Will I get my PHR fleet painted in time.. We shall see. (A: probably. or like, 99% there)

There's too many "thigh high boots, sudden gap, torso" Greaves that make otherwise-fine Waist armor (Odegaron's waist-bow, various skirt-type ones) end up skimpy.

More trousers is what I'm getting at I guess

Monster Hunter World has held my 3D-Action RPG attention for a while, but its a bit small.. And I barely got into DS3 (like.. I got as far as the Ballista-Dodgy Graveyard and the Angry Tree Boss beside it)

The original Panzer Dragoon (the Saturn one) artwork was apparently done in collab with Moebius (the French comic artist), so I think a lot of the overall franchise 'weird' bio style and sweeping vistas comes from that influence?

(His stuff's worth looking at anyway, tis pretty)

@theoutrider I feel like "more content than ever!!" is still a big thing in AAA game design

Ubi get the most flak for it but the others do it too, and.. Yeah. It feels like the modern iteration of "200hrs of gameplay!!!" RPGs where 190 of those hours will be repetitive grinding.

Monster Hunter Waffle 

Gosh I really love Monster Hunter World but the amount of monsters makes me wanna go back to 4/X..

It had so many by that point in the 4th Gen, it left much more room for way more element options, and for like, subspecies, zany-weird monsters (Khezu, Zamtrios, etc)..

I'm glad they ditched Styles and tweaked the individual weapons instead in World, though. It needed doing, Styles felt like.. A hotfix for the problems, World really opens up the movesets in important ways.
