I haven't seen the Netflix ver, but I was at the right age for the movie (it had cool fighter-ship & alien designs, don't judge me).
And
I still remember the unsellable toy Alien-Dr-Smith. I never bought one, but you could press his belly in the toystore and he'd say "Ohhhh the pain" each time. Just that 1 voiceline over and over.
