On the upside, I convinced a homophobic, racist, sexist Russian man that the reason he thinks Russia/where he lives is free of racism/sexism/homophobia/etc is cause those words do not mean what he thinks they mean.
Along the way he tried "you can't just change the meaning of words" (physics did with gravity, biology did with evolution, etc, things can have technical definitions) and the "They are already in dictatorial power" (fixed w/ "feminism is incompatible w/ authoritarianism")
Dissociation, food, I feel like a dropped plate of food
Lost all of a critically needed day to sitting anxiously fiddling with my hair and jumping discord/fb/Tumblr/YouTube. Didn't even shower or leave the house. Had a single half-meal of pasta and a couple bagels and a can of diet Pepsi and I think a sandwich? Thoroughly dissociated, it's 3:40am, my mind is deserted but my jaw still clenched. It's one of those times where I wish somebody could take me apart, fix the bug, and put me back together

Just turned in three-week-long group project ~3hrs late, *maybe* 30% complete. Hardly anybody would ever reply to any attempts to communicate from anybody or on any platform.
Had to do a team assessment. Each member by name, pros cons + score.
Scored myself lowest of entire team cause of how bad project went.
Except, chatlogs show I was only one replying to comms. I tried to comm. I just had 2weeks of bad depression, made little content myself.
