A bit of work later, and my A1200 is working well. Internet access is working as well. Yay!
Well, a new accelerator card later, and it's working fine! So my old one was broken! It sucks because of the cost, but..well..I'm paying for a NOS processor and better compatability for the price, so..well.

Well, this is not fun. The 030 accelerator I had in my A1200 seemed to have just died on me. I had to order a new one. This sucks! x.x

Source: I got to know most of my best friends only after overcoming this hurdle of mutually assumed disinterest.
So you know, that finding CD-ROM adapters for classic Amiga machines that aren't a pain are pretty expensive and rare. There does exist an alternative, though, but closing the case around a ribbon cable might damage it, so there's that.

Okay, I've figured out that another card reader I have doesn't seem to like WinUAE, so I went back to my old faithful one. :P
Yeah, seems like Workbench 3.1 is more realiable than AmigaOS 3.9
Okay, so abandoning AmigaOS 3.9, and sticking with Workbench 3.1. It's a lot easier and less likely to give me headaches.
