Last night, I was chatting with someone new and they asked what kind of stuff I do for fun. I was able to answer "I make various kinds of art, sometimes" and feel like I was telling the truth. That was nice :)

Sometimes I wonder what kind of food people would make if they had all of the same basic ingredients but none of the accrued cultural knowledge.
