Dear America, DST is utter bullshit. Pick a clock setting and stick with it. It's not difficult - the duration of the 'forward' setting keeps getting extended and will wrap the calendar /eventually/. Hurry up already and speed it to its natural conclusion.

Gfdi apparently I need to be meeting sure they're actually giving my my psych meds, even though they were all listed during intake.
Nurse: "so you take the Latuda at home. Would you like to keep taking it?"
Me: "*YES*."
Also they only gave me a third of the proper dose of bupropion this morning.
It shouldn't be my job to track that right now.

1: some portion of phenomena attributed to ghosts do represent activities of non-material beings.
2: A substantial portion of phenomena attributed to ghosts have sociological, material, or psychogenic causes.
3: "Ghost" is a super narrow cultural construction. Trying to understand a wide variety of subjective experiences only through that framework is a mistake and impedes understanding.
...most of these are a pit of toxicity though. Do not recommend.

difference between dependence and addiction
Oh btw this seems like a good opportunity for a quick note:
Substance dependence and substance addiction are distinct things.
Dependence is "stop using the substance, and the body will be physiologically unhappy and might feel some manner of unpleasant."
Addiction is "great difficulty or inability to stop using the substance despite wanting to."
They often come together, but I think the distinction is important.
