@Xkeeper well, either way, good luck @Xkeeper..! ^^

you don't even need a reason to act on what you prefer, since that's always valid! (i definitely agree with you about the mental tolls of engagement-based social media though)

anywho, i guess maybe i'll just have to bug you more on birdsite instead!

bad pun explainer, maybe?

@noiob it's also possible i didn't get it ^^'

i thought you said "destiny", so i responded with a bungie game

です (des) + 2 (two) + 二 (ni)

@ctrlaltdog@chitter.xyz you should have it in the folder you installed the game

so by default: C:\Program Files (x86)\SURVEY_PROGRAM\mus

@LongLevy my biggest struggle where toby absolutely stomps me, is music

it's hard to gain skills in so many different mediums, and if i was tasked with doing music for a game like delta rune, i would totally feel the brick wall he's facing right now

@ctrlaltdog@chitter.xyz i thought for a non-zero amount of time that this image just wasn't loading for me

deltarune

@ctrlaltdog@chitter.xyz this one is my favorite too!

it stuck around in my mind for hours after i stopped listening to it, and it was nice!

for some reason, i seem to go into flow easier when i'm not listening to anything, but have music that i like stuck in my head

@ctrlaltdog@chitter.xyz i legit spent about 70% of yesterday listening to the music from it

it makes very nice background music! also, people already made extended versions of the tracks and put them on youtube

delta rune, spoily? (but not storywise)

i really like the idea of deep diving into undertale's universe more often

this is basically an excuse to submerge myself in that aesthetic more often than once every few years, and i'm so down with it! ^^

mh (+)

so i hung out with someone i've always gotten along with, but also have extremely low interest overlap with

and you know what? i was okay with it!

we took turns immersing ourselves in each other's worlds a little and asking questions, and i didn't feel uncomfortable at all!

it's nice not thinking of my interests as somehow inferior

@ctrlaltdog@chitter.xyz oh! does it do attributes now?

i had to hunt around for something that did that before

@ctrlaltdog@chitter.xyz i guess i should also mention that SMART tests are actually run automatically for the most part--it's just that there is usually no way to see the results

maybe those might shed some light on what's happening with your hardware?

@ctrlaltdog@chitter.xyz have you done any SMART tests..?

hard drives actually do a significant amount of self-testing that depressingly under-utilized by most OSes

i usually use gsmartcontrol to see what's up with my drives in linux, but crystaldiskinfo does something similar for windows: crystalmark.info/en/software/c
