@ctrlaltdog@chitter.xyz hell yeah!

i really liked ghost train

@ctrlaltdog@chitter.xyz i legitimately enjoy a lot of bad things

but when you look at them in that light, they actually aren't bad at all, and my painting them as "bad" just reinforces that i shouldn't have fun with the things i truly enjoy

it's a tough one though, because the reactions of other people towards the things you like can condition you, and make it easy to feel Very self-conscious

i really wish it was easier to unashamedly be into things, to not limit my enjoyment–especially with "bad" things

maybe conference calls are good

i just got to hang up on three people simultaneously

i found out why everyone was shouting about sonicfox

what a legend!

@ctrlaltdog@chitter.xyz it's neat when people use them for different things too!

i'm usually really shy, so i've specifically not linked anything to my twitter presence so i could kind of play around with having no particular expectations

especially with the CW system here on an instance that specifically doesn't federate with places that allow nasties

looking at my timeline and remembering that actually, i really wanna play splatoon

hopefully i get a chance before too long

kink, abdl, birthday

@sugar hee, probably not this time

but it dawns on me that those latent timezones could prove troublesome some day

kink, abdl, birthday

@sugar y-yes, that's true isn't it

kink, abdl, birthday

@sugar oh! thank youu..!

i guess i could have said something earlier, but it's cool that it's still technically the right day for you

kink, abdl, birthday

just 1 minute left, but i've now officially spent the last two birthdays in diapers

all the days between too--meaning i was padded for 100% of the time i was 26!

hee. this feels pretty good

welcome to my Linkin Park social network, numblr

@ctrlaltdog@chitter.xyz oh! grats!

though, if there's still problems, you might be able to sniff them out by watching "journalctl -f"

also, check for failed services in "systemctl"'s output, and maybe run "systemctl status <the service>" to see what the errors are there

success!

though admittedly the palette wasn't in the data file, so i couldn't follow along the extraction of it--it's just a big vector without reason

the way i wanted to *try* and find the palette and extract it turned out to be correct though! it just wasn't anywhere i could possibly do that

i also wrote the flags for each tile into their filenames, since there's no other way to express them meaningfully right now

@wottermelon@snouts.online accurate

because you're basically the GOAT

@ctrlaltdog@chitter.xyz i haven't played Let's Go yet but i definitely know the feel--kanto burnout is real!

it's been long enough that i think i might be fine on that front, but i'll have to see when i finally play it!

that said, the aesthetics are really important to me as well, and they're probably why i extremely liked pokemon emerald when i first played it, and why black 2 was my favorite game in the series

those two games had such nice feels to them

@ctrlaltdog@chitter.xyz strategy is deeply satisfying for me though, and it's interesting the things you come up with in such hardcore limitations

that's where most of my enjoyment in battles come from

@ctrlaltdog@chitter.xyz i'm also purposely not using my mawile, minun, shedinja, and wobbuffet because they're there if i need to get out of trouble

if they go over level 25, i can't use them until everything on my team is at least level 21

this is important because minun's speed, paralysis, and encore are absolutely vital for taking down really hard mons--and mawile can mega-evolve into something that can actually damage things twice its level
