@monorail i love how that game had such an uncanny ability to take something that, without context, sounds so convoluted and ridiculous and meticulously construct a context where it not-only makes sense, it also feels like you should have seen it coming

@monorail gosh, i died so much in 999, but the thing that nearly killed me irl was how the final boss was a literal sudoku
what was even wilder was how it didn't completely obliterate my suspension of disbelief when it did it
like, the entire game was based around these weird number puzzles that revolved around the 9 digits, and i couldn't believe i didn't expect it when the game hit me with one
@aks the cool thing about openjdk is that it's actually the reference implementation for the language~
i'm not 100% sure, but i feel like it would be much harder to really limit it overall like c# could be because of that (there are actually completely independent versions of java!)
then again, oracle could, well, try to do an oracle again
that all said, i'm not really sure how that situation really compares to c#'s, or how the two really compare overall either!

Hiya, new social media scares me, anyway here's an #introduction post!
I'm a trans little who dabbles in a bit of everything, primarily focusing on #RPGMaker 2003 stuff because that's what I grew up with and have a nostalgic attachment to.
Right now I'm working on a game that's primarily about a group of queer kids solving mysteries in the suburbs and collecting magic rocks. :3

it's true these things have biases (i think i ran into a few of those too), but brain like quiz, hee
that said, i feel like you are definitely the type who would give others things without excepting anything in return~ i don't think you don't need to discredit how much you care about the wellbeing of, well, beings altogether!
i think these results are kind of interesting, because the things that are important to me are actually super-duper high
but the "integrity" one is weird to me, because i do try really hard to be honest--and even if i have to dance around a lot to communicate things to people that might be hard for them to hear, i take pains to make sure that i'm not misrepresenting those things
(maybe it's because i responded in a way where i don't feel people lying to me is necessarily always a bad thing?)
