i was worried this was gonna get a lot larger than this, because sai has a not-so-nice habit of randomly failing when you make a file too big

i should draw more things with backgrounds because i am really not good at it

now i'm experimenting with colors, and trying my hardest to make a compelling background

there's still a lot i should do, but it's pretty hard when i have no idea what i'm doing

a labor day story

*wakes up at 9:30AM*
me: wow! i don't even feel tired, maybe i won't waste m
*wakes up at 1:30*
me: ah

huh! it seems as if i can't actually dismiss these notifications if my language is set to en-xx

i wonder what's happening internally if a localization breaks functionality like that?

it even started with a long weekend!

this month is already pretty good!

i recycle the things i make A Lot

largely because it's still so weird to me that i can just *think* visual things into existence

before this, i had to stretch what i got a looong way

i've found the perfect place for this while i see if i can pull off a compelling background!

(also oops, turns out pasting removes transparency)

alright! this is about where i usually get to when it comes to drawing!

the trick is that i'm actually really bad at backgrounds, but i do have some ideas. so maybe that can change later!

if nothing else comes of this, at least i experimented a bit with the face (particularly the mouth) and i really like how it came out!
