@timber did you accidentally put something in your regex filter? That's a very common thing that can happen. https://awoo.space/media/nll1jrcd7kk1ONiwjio
@vahnj Thanks - that's probably not it, that field is blank. It looks a bit like this issue, but as far as I can tell, they're just missing, not delayed: https://github.com/tootsuite/mastodon/issues/880
@timber I'm not sure this is related or not, I'll have to dig into this some time
@vahnj Thanks, I'll poke at it from the client side if I have time. FYI, https://github.com/tootsuite/mastodon/issues/3800 also looks relevant to the behavior.
@timber lemme try restarting the streaming server for you and see if this helps you at all btw
@timber all done, lemme know if it helps at all
@timber (don't forget to refresh your page)
@vahnj It looks promising, I'm seeing boosted toots where I wasn't before. I'll keep an eye on it - thank you very much!
@noiob @vahnj No worries, it's been happening since I signed up. Apparently it's happening @rowanyote as well, so it's not just me. We're seeing the same thing - one or two posts occasionally on Home, and sometimes a bunch, but they usually disappear quickly. She's tried multiple clients as well. I think we both signed up around the same time.
@timber @rowanyote @noiob that's weird. I wonder if it's a client problem, but you say it's been happening since you joined, which was before we moved to glitch social. I'm going to have to look into some code at some point.
@rowanyote @timber @noiob is it only happening for remote users or all users?
@vahnj @rowanyote @noiob I'm getting the same resource errors, specifically "The resource {} was preloaded using link preload but not used within a few seconds from the window's load event". All of the URLs are glitch async JS URLs (https://awoo.space/packs/flavours/glitch/async/home_timeline-88b4bb856c4d60cc269c.js), for notifications, home timeline, compose, and getting started. No other errors on the console.
