Help.. someone please talk me out of buying a 15" Surface Book Pro 2..

off to LA next week... I was going to try to get travel plans made more in advance but nope... management kinda dwadled and fucked about and now wants site survey 3 weeks earlier than planned....
Which means they are now grumpy that it's 230 bucks to fly out of SJC... when I could fly out of SFO at 6am and redeye back at midnight for less than a hundred..
You know.. assuming I want to work a 22 hour day =/

Saw tri-tip onsale at safeway while getting gas, head to datacenter in the pouring rain. Finish up work there 2 hours later... still pouring rain . Get to safeway (impulse trip, no reusuable bags).

Get tri-tip walk out still raining hard, as I step out the door storm edge pushes forward and no rain from the front door to 3 spaces past my car.. Head home.. still no rain, moments after getting inside with paper bags, starts raining again!

OMFG... why would you do this... I'm pretty sure this box has a software raid.... and a bunch of hardware raid partitions... WHAT THE FUCK...

@IrisKalmia it does... especially since this box was inches away from making me drive to Rancho Cordova because nobody could get to place nice with a kvm... and I noticed it had ipmi that was not documented anywhere....

If you don't want me to explode your super special 1 off box with fucking 45 partitions... because the root partition is fucked up and I'm trying to fix it... you should answer my fucking questions about what partition is actually the root filesystem before I fsck the fuck out of one of the xfs partitions for FUN!

@mawr plus I'm in boston... fuck boston... though right by the datacenter is a place very simlar to Feugo de chao... and almost as goood... and $31 a head..... and our expense max per meal is $30..... I am sore all over and and got lots of cuts and blisters but I'm also full of lamb, steak and strawberries
