@Balinares Peg started looking at financial stuff this morning and I'm having more and more trouble believing there's a future... *hug*

@Balinares Honestly, nah, and when I look at the ACTUAL details we have so many advantages it's kind of laughable that I'm even stressed. Peg is just fretting over long-term moving plans and our general lack of household income, and... yeah, it's looking like the Slacker Era has been brought to a close in America. Which means, chronic fatigue or not, it's time to pick myself up and try to rejoin the full-time workforce again. ;__;

@Balinares Nope, they've done all they can, but this is strictly a part-time job, with an hours cap and no chance of health benefits currently. Working for them full-time would most likely require (a) a very specific position becoming vacant and (b) moving to Boston [or possibly Berkeley, I might still look into that].

@Balinares And of course, so much of this would be easier if we could rely on Emperor Stubby Fingers not suddenly taking away my semblance of public healthcare... >_< One of Peg's proposals is moving to New Orleans, which does have distinct charms (good rent, trans-friendly, Peg has some friends there) but would put us right in the middle of a VERY conservative state.
