somewhat odd random media question; 🐯
This came up after seeing a "what do you imagine my OC sounds like" meme on Birdsite...
If (gods spare us) they made an animated Calvin & Hobbes, what celebrity would you cast as the voice of St. Hobbes (PBUH)?

Mitch Hedberg
re: somewhat odd random media question; 🐯
@Phorm You're right and he's gone and it breaks my heart. 😿
re: somewhat odd random media question; 🐯
I only meant it as a observation of honor, but yeah it made me sad too, and I'm sorry.
re: somewhat odd random media question; 🐯
@Phorm Oh, hon, I was just saying it sympathetically/commiseratively, no apology necessary! *hug* It was just such a perfect suggestion...

re: somewhat odd random media question; 🐯
@Phorm I think any man with those professed eating habits -- e.g. "extreme longing for cake" -- would be a shoe-in for Honorary Martian.
re: somewhat odd random media question; 🐯
@zebratron2084 Jeff Bridges.
somewhat odd random media question; 🐯
@zebratron2084 Paul Bettany. Or Paul Rudd.
re: somewhat odd random media question; 🐯
@kelseyhusky There's NOTHING Paul Rudd is bad in. ^____^
OH MY GOD THOUGH IT JUST DAWNED ON ME:
REGGIE WATTS.
re: somewhat odd random media question; 🐯
@zebratron2084 Phil Lamar, or LeVar Burton would also be a good choice.
re: somewhat odd random media question; 🐯
@kelseyhusky @zebratron2084 actually I'm going to second Phil LaMarr. I have no clue what his version of Hobbes would sound like, but I'd put money that within a few episodes of figuring out the character, it'd be *exactly* what Hobbes always sounded like.
re: somewhat odd random media question; 🐯
@zebratron2084 and topping this all off, Calvin should be voiced by Will "Terry Mcginnes" Friedle
somewhat odd random media question; 🐯
@zebratron2084 I've always said Patrick Stewart.
