Alive. Tired. Not even angry so much as completely gobsmacked by the absurdity and cruelty of human culture. I'm probably not much fun lately anyhow.

Okay, okay, I'm still loads of fun, I just mostly gave up on having that fun *here*. I should be findable. The Masto vibe and response level just wasn't working for me.

There's going to be a new Trader Joe's about a 5-minute bike ride away, so I'll have that goin' for me which is nice.

@eredien @anthracite They're not actually that exciting. :) They're just your basic Hawaiian shaved ice with a bit superior ice-grinding method that does admittedly make it nice and fluffy. But it's still just corn syrup and flavoring over ice -- albeit with a lot of neat local flavors like "wedding cake" ("almond"), nectar ("almond"), and orchid creme ("almond").😺​And they're nice in the middle of NOLA's "triple summer" -- this stand, Pandora's, is about halfway between our pad and City Park...
