Job Search Update
So I've gotten two job offers so far, with a third pretty likely. How the heck do I decide?!
1) Elementary school, good pay, 19.5 hours/week. Special ed job, so bit of a challenge, but the principle was super cool.
2) Different Elementary school, job running the science modules for kids of different ages. Principle was kinda blah but the job sounds FANTASTIC

@vahnj Thank you!! ^^;; these past two weeks have been me really hustlin'... new interview clothes, new resume, fishing for letters of rec, writing like fifteen cover letters, and lots of interviews... I'm glad it's paying off. But now deciding is so hard haha.

@Sparrow Nice work!!!
That's a tough choice, though. If I were you, I'd put down everything you know about both jobs and then list pros and cons about each-- and go with whichever has a longer pro list and/or a shorter con list.

@mawr Thanks!!
And that's a really good idea. The third job, I forgot to mention it, is at a middle school, also special ed, but 30 hours/week which is actually livable. Yeah, I think a bigass pros/cons list is coming up. Thanks for the suggestion. <3
@Sparrow It's my pleasure!
Amusingly, my little sister is also a teacher -- she's moving out here to Seattle to teach (I think) 7th graders... and her nickname is Bird. :D
@mawr Ahh! How cute!! :D
Us birdoes make good teachers... we like to squawk a lot! :P

@Sparrow That's so great! Congratulations! What a relief, I imagine, after all the work of searching. Enjoy being in a position to decide, you've earned it.

@brooke Thank you so much! Yes, it's the culmination of a month (at least) of hard work. I think I'm going with the special ed job at the smaller elementary school. They seem to have a really good campus culture there.
