food, quick survey

Hey, critters. Satisfy a point of curiosity for me. What did you eat yesterday? I'm just trying to get a general picture of how good or bad my diet is compared to The Typical Upstanding Young Queer Furry. <3

For me it was a piece of coffee cake for breakfast, a skipped lunch (which is odd for me), and crab nachos for dinner, plus most of a 52 oz unsweeted tea.

This morning, so far I've had a bowl of Amy's Lentil Vegetable soup, spiked with sour cream, tortilla chips, and Matouk's hot sauce so it, you know, tastes like food.

@zebratron2084

1 egg cheddar cheese omelet
some number of carrots
granola bar
can of chicken soup
coffee
half a grilled cheese

but I've been kind of sick, so that was not a normal day

food, quick survey

@zebratron2084 Yesterday, I had two Graham crackers for breakfast (with a side of masturbation just to spite Dr. Graham); lunch was 1/4 of a restaurant order of naan stuffed with dried fruit and nuts, plus 1/2 of a restaurant order of roast tandoori chicken; as a midday snack, I had a half-size dry bowl of Frosted Mini-Wheats; dinner was the other half of the tandoori chicken plus another 1/4 of the naan; later in the evening was a more conventionally prepared and sized bowl of frosted mini-wheats with dried cranberries added.

This fit in my 1500 calorie budget and is fairly typical of a day I know I’m ordering from a restaurant: small breakfast, eating on the same restaurant meal for almost everything else, something high-fiber for any additional food because restaurant meals tend to be deficient in that too.

re: food, quick survey

@kistaro faved for the dr. graham snark <3

food, quick survey

@zebratron2084 Bowl of corn flakes for breakfast. Leftover green curry that I prepared previously for lunch (chicken, potatoes, onion, other veggies in a green thai curry over rice). Then I started feeling kinda awful, so dinner wound up being a bowl of lightly salted popcorn, just to put something in my stomach. Otherwise, I was going to have tikka masala.

Maybe not the best point of reference!

re: food, quick survey

@zebratron2084 Breakfast was yogurt, an english muffin, and a bowl of cereal (skim milk, lactose-free). Lunch was a leftover calzone and a cookie. Dinner was tortellini and mixed veggies, also another cookie.

I couldn't tell you if I'm in good or bad for this. XD

food, quick survey

@zebratron2084 Breakfast: meds and a diet soda.
2nd breakfast: microwave spanish rice and thai-flavored tuna, and a diet soda.
Lunch: reuben sammich with cheese fries, a scoop of chocolate ice cream, and a diet soda.
Late dinner: 2 beers and a breakfast cookie.

I'm just going to say "garbage" and gloss over the details.

@zebratron2084

From when you posted this: a pizza made of soppressata, mozzarella, TVP, wheat bran, all-purpose flour, mushrooms, and store-brand sauce. Oh, and yogurt. And a bran muffin.
You may infer from this diet that I am not a typical young queer furry. ~

@xinjinmeng @zebratron2084

I honestly really like the cauliflower-flour pizza crusts.

re: food, quick survey

@zebratron2084 yesterday was a weird day.

Like I started trying to have some quick oatmeal and instant coffee, but then abusive shit happened at work, and I barely got into either.

So then when I realized I should eat something and maybe get out of the house, I ate a few pieces of vegetable kimbap, got an oat milk latte, and went north to a bakery I like before going to a park I like. I got peroshkii and ate a mushroom-potato peroshok.

As dinner I sauteed chard with a little Chinese sausage, because I went grocery shopping to recover from abusive work shit Wednesday but then didn't feel like cooking, and also I spread peanut butter on a brownie from Safeway and ate that.

@Leucrotta *misses piroshki piroshki, not to mention having a korean grocery <5 min walk away, to the point of tears*
