ok i managed breakfast had food, some tea and hrt meds. I'm definetly considering a nap or sonething to conserve spoons till dinner because i have a guest coming
ive managed to put on yesterday's clothes, skipping shower, small progress.
i really want to shower and go get breakfast but my spoons are out of reach. It is 1:26pm and ive done nothing, doing it feels insurmountable.
im going to see if i can manage breakfast and skip the shower part. Cause i need to do breakfast stage to have my HRT meds.
