It's "pectoral fins" are Rhinophores, basically antenna for smelling. It hunts jellyfish, and uses the remnant of its Foot to stick to them.

This is a cuban croc which does this the most. Regular Crocs can too but are less well adapted for it (running fast with that posture i mean). Gharials at full size cant even walk at all, just belly drag. And a lot of extinct crocs where entirely adapted for that running, some even having hooves!

Unfortunately all we have now are crocs adapted for aquatic lifestyles.
