But, on a happier note: Congrats on ten years, @zx3 – I'm genuinely glad you've kept it going for this long! Sorry I wasn't there last night. You know how it is.

- get distracted from it by other stuff twice in a row
- forget about it the next couple times
- try to resume
- get dragged away once more
- expect to return to it next time
- continually forget to do the thing until it's too late
- give up until years later when reminded that a big anniversary of the start of the thing is coming up
- plan to be there
- get dragged away by other stuff
- give up
- but not really because the brain never lets go of a thing one could maybe attend next time
- forget about it again
- repeat until dead

@Leucrotta Oh, and in case you're curious but not conversant in IPA – not judgin', I'm not either – you can plug that into http://ipa-reader.xyz/ and set the voice to the very last one (Gwyneth) to hear it. I love that site.

@Leucrotta I don't know if I didn't know that or forgot it, but the mispronunciation thing is kinda wonderful! That's actually how my character Millimax comes by her name; when very young, she had trouble learning and pronouncing the clan name (/mækʃɪnɪɬjɑnᵊ/, acceptably "Anglicized" as Maximillian). She later picked it up as her art-name, and now she goes pretty much exclusively by that.

So now I ask: 23? And does it carry any particular associations, anecdotes, or the like?

@hystericempress I have such fond memories of putting together new icons to denote general subjects. Some for City of Heroes, some for retrogaming, some for music....
