Pronouns are accessories for names, nothing more and nothing less. They aren't carriers of external meaning. You don't get to decide what someone else's pronouns mean for them. They'll tell you if they want you to know.
"These are my pronouns" should be the end of all discussion. You learn someone's pronouns alongside learning their name, and not getting someone's pronouns right, whatever they are, is tantamount to not pronouncing their name correctly.
