apparently the official nintendo power guide book to oracle of seasons introduces the section on level 4, dancing dragon dungeon, by saying that the dungeon has no dragons and "you certainly won't be doing any dancing"

they're also putting chorizo in it which i'm pretty certain paella definitely does not have chorizo in it, but that's more excusable because the format is basically "you don't get a recipe, now make the thing and see how it comes out"

neat thing we just learned: red wine is apparently a pH indicator; if you add a base to it, on top of probably making the wine taste terrible, it will turn bluish black

has anyone else ever seen twitch say you can't talk in a chatroom without having a verified phone number? we were going to watch a thing earlier today but that just put us off from it and i'm a little disappointed about that

huh, levels 4 and 5 are swapped in zelda's 2nd quest. You get the fourth triforce piece from the dungeon that calls itself level 5, and the fifth one from level 4, and beating level 4 unlocks 1st-quest-level-5 as a whistle warp point and vice versa.

we managed to get into flavored sparkling water because our brother had accidentally bought some that he thought was fruit soda when we visited for the holidays, and it turns out it's pretty good
