My own experience with dissociation is when my mind accelerates into light speed focusing on a task, and my headmates and I started tagging in and out of fronting at such speeds that we lose track of who we are, the rest of the world falls away and I neglect self care for a few hours.

Strangely enough, I regard that as a generally positive thing.

@flippthebunny@yiff.life Yeahhhh, one of the most important parts about redemption arcs is making their victims whole again. There can be no redemption without the transgressors making an effort to apologize to their victims.

Take it from me, I've been through this redemption arc myself. It wasn't easy, it took a lot of effort, not everyone is willing to forgive me, and that is fine.
