@astra Wow, yeah...that's a pretty uncomfortable revelation. I literally can't maintain eye contact, because then the face stops looking like a face after a few seconds, and that bugs the hell out of me. Also it feels overwhelming.

It's not that I am having a shit day, although dealing with NTs certainly increased the chances of that happening.

@PsyChuan there is a reason why GPU manufacturers are looking to new gimmicks to motivate people to buy their GPUs, with shit like raytracing, and some good things like VR. It's because the system requirements for games have been plateauing for years, and people are starting to appreciate Indies a lot more. I can still play games with my PC built almost 10 years ago, and am ONLY starting to feel the pressure to upgrade.

Fedi on the whole has a whiteness problem that none of them are seeing, because they are using their whiteness in socially acceptable ways to prosecute whiteness in visibly unacceptable ways, and the only people who truly suffer are the victims of this whiteness.

@ArtistMarciaX@playvicious.social Authoritarians love to deny rules that bind them, and embrace rules that liberate them, while promoting rules that bind others, and shutting down rules that liberate them.

Let's be real, I am an angry person, and I am okay with this. It is what allowed me to keep my self esteem after an altercation, even if the person tried to gaslight me, this anger is what motivates me to keep the fire inside me and protect those I love in order to spite those who hate me and those close to me.

Moreover, it's what would allow me to flip the board when the evil people I deal with think they have all the pieces.

People are afraid of anger because they don't know how to control it or don't give it the respect it deserves. They speak of controlling it when what they really mean is pushing it aside so that white-educated therapists can inject their brand of repression and politeness politics into people who would have benefited from embracing the fire.

The recent years have shown me that things that were considered negative emotions simply isn't automatically bad, rather it means that they are more intense emotions that are harder to harness.
