I started reading a 2013 article about statically lifting NES Roms to x86 using LLVM and by the first paragraph I was like “aw no man, that won’t work”
Then I proceeded to read a 200 paragraph article about what must have taken him 1000 hours that concluded “well that was not possible and didn’t work”

The best part of the film version is the framing narrative. Bunch of people in a bus drive to the desert. They reenact this sacrifice story. They all get on the bus and drive home... except the guy that played jesus! They actually killed him! How hard core a ritual is that???
